Everything's coming up roses

That's all, thanks for lookin'! (Love, Gracie)
As usual I had a great time in Raleigh at the Tarheel cluster. Friday Milton went Reserve to the Major. He showed very well for me all weekend.
At the match Friday night, Grace entertained the crowd with her antics, including the soundless bark, leash grabbing, flirting with other puppies, and in general having a fabulous time. While we did not get a ribbon in the Group, I was very pleased with her performance.
Saturday night I attended the TAKE THE LEAD dinner and dance.
It was a great time, with outstanding food, a nice dance band, plentiful drinks, and fabulous company. Edd Biven and Tom Bradley spoke, along with Dennis McCoy. I sat with Cathy Rubens, Bob Busby, Minna Koltes, Frank Murphy, and others.
I am looking forward to the upcoming show season. I am encouraged by Milton’s showing this past weekend. I expect I will finish my first Bred By Champion before the Spring is out, and his sister Grace won’t be far behind him!
The front of her bite is in, and looks great. She is right at 40 lbs.
Grace is by CH Silverhill’s Ice, and out of my CH Penny.
It is SNOWING here today. I need to go get more pictures, there is lots more than when I took these photos.
Outside my front door at about 4:00pm
Milton on the patio with snow on his back
Earlier today Penny and I went visiting. The first stop was my bank.
Next the local flower shop
Last, we dropped by my vet’s office.
Gracie just looking cute, at 9 weeks
Hope you enjoyed the pictures of our outing today, we had a great time, and more snow pix will be coming up soon!
The puppies are 7 weeks old tomorrow. We had our puppy day today. My good friend Cathy Rubens, of Silverhill Rottweilers, came to look at the puppies. Cathy is the owner of CH Silverhill’s Ice, who is the sire of the litter. She was nice enough to stack them, and I took the photos.
Harley
Next is Grace.
All this is hard work.
A little kissy face with Harley and his new owner.
