Mike made his show ring debut at the UKC Carolina Classic on March 28th, sweeping the weekend with 5 Best Male awards, 3 Best of Breed awards, 2 Group seconds, and finished with a bang by winning the Guardian group on Sunday March 30th. Mikey is very special to us, as he was named for one of our dear friends who passed away unexpectedly a few weeks before the puppies were born. Our friend Mike Brigman, who we always affectionately called "Mikey" adored our dogs, and especially Penny.

Mike Brigman spent some of the happier days of his youth in Hawaii, and loved anything associated with those islands. In his honor and memory Mikey is called Redyre Choice MAHALO BRO'. We miss you brother Mike.
