We would like to thank you for taking the time to contact us with regard to our upcoming litter. Before you take the time to fill out the questionnaire, we’d like to tell you a little about ourselves. I have been involved with this breed since the late 80s. Each litter is the culmination of many MANY thousands of dollars, and years of painstaking research down a road paved with blood, sweat, and tears. It’s hard to find the words to describe how important the resultant puppies of this breeding will be to me. As always, I am looking for the best homes possible where these puppies will be stretched to their full potential as companions, show dogs, and working competitors. I carefully screen homes, and select owners who will be committed to the lifetime training and development of their puppy.

As a breeder I like to keep up to date and involved in the lives of my puppy owners and their dogs. You will not only be gaining a new family member in your puppy, you will be gaining a life long friend, and a breeder who will ALWAYS be available to help and advise, and to share in the many joys and milestones along the way.

Please do not be offended by the information I am requesting of you below. Please be as direct as possible in your answers.

Please be aware that unless discussed and otherwise agreed upon, all puppies will be sold on a Co-Ownership until certain contractual obligations are met. All puppies not sold as competition prospects are sold on Limited Registration, and spay/neuter of these animals may be required. Health testing/screening is required of all puppies at both 12 (hips and elbows) and 24 (hips, elbows, eyes, heart, thyroid) months of age. This testing is not optional, and will cost several hundred dollars. ALL results are required to be disclosed to the OFA data base on every puppy, whether passing or failing. I do not sell dogs to homes to be “outside dogs”. I do require obedience training and careful socialization of all puppies. I require good fencing with locked gates. Most of all I require loving responsible dedicated lifetime homes who will take the rearing and training of their new family member seriously.

If you are approved as a potential owner of a Redyre Rottweiler puppy, and you agree to purchase a puppy from a particular litter, a $500.00 deposit will be required to hold your reservation. In the event that the breeding does not take place for any reason, or if there is no suitable puppy for you in the litter, deposits may be refunded. You may also leave your deposit and wait for a different litter if you choose to do so. Deposits are not refundable under any other conditions.

Thank you again for your visit and your time.
